When you install AfterTap, we store your Shopify store domain, store name, email address, and an access token to communicate with your store. We also collect aggregate analytics about your upsell offers (impressions, conversions, revenue).
We do not collect or store customer payment information. All payment processing happens through Shopify's official infrastructure. Customer card details never touch our servers.
Your data is used solely to provide the AfterTap service — displaying post-purchase offers and processing upsell charges through Shopify. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with the Shopify Admin API on your behalf.
When you uninstall AfterTap, we remove your access token and stop all API communication with your store. You can request full data deletion by emailing hello@aftertap.app.
